Target Activities:
The organizational manager works across all sectors of activity. This role includes leaders of large groups with hundreds of thousands of employees as well as those who work alone, covering the full spectrum from entrepreneurs heading small businesses, microenterprises, associations, SMEs, to mid-sized companies.
The organizational manager contributes to the development and implementation of their company’s strategy in areas such as commercial development, marketing, finance, and structural matters, considering the available resources and economic ecosystem. They are particularly involved in the process of organizational and managerial changes (human resources, quality management, etc.) according to the desired outcomes.

Competencies are assessed through the following methods:
- Development and defense of an activity report, professional thesis
- Creation and presentation of a business plan
- Case study of companies
These assessments are conducted through individual or group projects, written submissions, or oral presentations.
The certification attests that the holder is capable of:
Developing and Disseminating the Overall Strategy of an Organization: The organizational manager is responsible for formulating the organization’s global strategy as well as its specific strategic directions. This includes conducting internal and external environmental analyses, developing and presenting strategic orientations, and creating the roadmap.
Overseeing the Implementation of the Organization’s Overall Strategy: The organizational manager monitors, analyzes, and adjusts the strategy based on intermediate results. They ensure project follow-up, adapt objectives according to performance, and oversee the various strategic actors within the company.
Managing Teams: The organizational manager supervises, motivates, and leads all teams. They facilitate team dynamics both collectively and individually, and are responsible for managing team performance and skills.
Directing the Marketing and Commercial Development Strategy of an Organization: The organizational manager defines the marketing and commercial strategy by developing a tailored approach. They are responsible for overseeing the deployment of marketing and sales plans.
This profession involves managing a company with between 10 and 250 employees, an annual turnover of less than 50 million euros, a profit center, or a department within a larger organization across various dimensions and sectors.

Terms of Access
Access to the certification is open to holders of a diploma or degree at level 6 or equivalent in the field of management.
Candidates must also have validated their English proficiency at level B1.
As an exception, access to the certification may be granted to candidates with a level 5 diploma in management, economics, or law, provided they have continuous or intermittent professional experience in business or service management.
